DISTRIBUTION and support services group, DCC has expanded its energy division again, with the £9.5 million (€10m) takeover of British business, Cooke Fuel Cards.

DCC has continued its expansion, through acquisition, in the British waste management sector and has promised more purchases to come.

Business services firm DCC today announced that Morgan Crowe is to retire from the board as MD of the company's healthcare division on July 8 2004, following his 60th birthday.
