A BULGARIAN lawyer yesterday confirmed that he met with Phil Flynn and Ted Cunningham several times in January and planned to help them buy property in Bulgaria.

TWO more Irish citizens travelled to Bulgaria in connection with activities which are under investigation as part of an alleged IRA money laundering operation.
