Solicitor Brian O’Donnell has given responses to questions related to his and his psychiatrist wife's assets that "lack credibility" and are "simply untrue", the Commercial Court heard today.

A solicitor and his wife were declared bankrupt in London yesterday just as a bank sought to have them questioned in the Dublin High Court over “alarming” discrepancies in statements about their assets.
