Holders Coláistí na nDéise made it two wins from two in this year’s Dr Harty Cup as the enjoyed a 3-12 to 0-11 Group D victory over St Caimin’s of Shannon in Tipperary town yesterday.

They might have won an All-Ireland title after Sunday’s final replay win over Dublin, but for some of the Tipperary minor side the celebrations have had to be cut short.

It will be a time for bridging gaps as the Dr Harty Cup gets underway today, albeit with a more truncated fixture list than usual.
