Food group IAWS has appointed UCD professor Patrick Wall to its board. Professor Wall is attached to the UCD’s Centre of Food Safety and is a member of the management board of the European Food Safety Authority.

Professor Patrick G Wall has been appointed to the board of food company IAWS with effect from yesterday.
