A third company has been officially licensed by FIFA to provide goal-line technology systems.

FIFA president Sepp Blatter has revealed that at least two goal-line technology systems have proved themselves fast and accurate and could be in place for the 2012-13 season.

FIFA will next week launch tests into 10 companies’ goal-line technology systems which if successful should lead to the principle being adopted at a meeting of the game’s law-makers in March.
