Sean Mahon appointed to new role with responsibility for Cable & Wireless' national business operations in Ireland

Cable & Wireless has announced that it has entered into agreement to transfer its US retail voice customer base to a subsidiary of Primus Telecommunications Group for approximately €32m in cash, payable over two years.
