Tyrone goalkeeper John Devine will miss the start of the 2010 inter-county season after surgery on his left shoulder in Belfast yesterday.

Tyrone did enough during an energetic first half display at Healy Park tonight to defeat Down and get their Gaelic Life Dr McKenna Cup bid back on track.
