Irish-owned aircraft leasing company Avolon has struck a deal to buy 30 aircraft from Boeing in a deal valued at $2.3 billion (€1.87bn).

In a deal worth around $5m to IONA, Boeing Commercial Airplanes [BCA] has issued a statement of Direction naming IONA's Orbix E2A as a preferred integration technology.
