Electrical retailer O’Callaghan Sound and Vision have pulled the plug on their long-established Cork city centre store, to move to an 8,000 sq ft superstore unit near Harvey Normans, by the Kinsale Road Roundabout, and which opens today.

A sound warehouse investment at Cork City’s well-established Ballycurreen Industrial Estate, Frankfield, near Musgraves, is for sale as an investment, offering a potential return of 9.6% per annum.

Plans have been submitted for a €450m property development in the heart of the Dublin Docklands with construction due to get under way early next year.
