The European Commission today approved the takeover of British Airport Authority's chain of World Duty Free airport shops by Autogrill.

British irports operator BAA today announced the sale of its World Duty Free business in a deal worth £546.6m (€719m).

The Little Chef roadside restaurant chain could be bought by Italy’s wealthy Benetton family, it was reported today.

AUTOGRILL has been awarded a 10-year contract for food and drink concessions in Cork International Airport.
