BANK OF IRELAND has paid €55.8 million for a 25% stake in part of the old London Stock Exchange building.

Bank of Ireland Private Banking today announced that it has entered into a partnership with Hammerson and GE Capital Real Estate for the redevelopment of the Old London Stock Exchange building on behalf of private clients.

Commercial property consultancy Harrington Bannon has been acquired by European commercial real estate services group Atisreal, a subsidiary of the BNP Paribas Group, in a deal worth close to €10m.
