An application to prevent the three Garth Brooks concerts has been listed before the High Court tomorrow — even though the shows are not now going ahead.

Garth Brooks is sticking to his guns over his five-night concert ultimatum, as some Croke park residents are going to the High Court in a bid to block the three licensed concerts.

There are serious questions over the three Garth Brooks concerts being given the green light at Croke Park after injunction proceedings were formally lodged in the High Court yesterday.
