The country's first ever 24-hour air ambulance service will begin operating this morning at Dublin Airport.

A dedicated 24-7 air ambulance service is to operate from Dublin Airport from tomorrow.

The McGivern family remain unconvinced there will not be a repeat of failures which forced their sick daughter to miss a vital life changing transplant, they have said.
