Hundreds of thousands of revellers have partied at the soggy finale of the Notting Hill Carnival.

Two people – believed to be an adult and child – have died after being hit by a train during the evening rush hour.

A woman has reportedly been hospitalised after she disappeared down a hole in the pavement while pushing a pram this morning.
