Gardaí in Bray are appealing for information following a shooting incident in Greystones Co Wicklow on December 12.

Greystones’ Paul Dunne fired an eagle and six birdies in a sensational second round 65 to top the final qualifying for The Open at Woburn and clinch his place at St Andrews later this month.

By this point in the year the days are getting longer, the nights are getting brighter, and the temperatures are edging into the double figures (just about).
