The family of Michael Dwyer have said they are concerned about the length of time it will take to launch an independent inquiry into his death at the hands of the Bolivian security forces in 2009.

The tragic death of Irishman Michael Dwyer in 2009 will be raised with the Bolivian President this weekend during his state visit to Ireland.
