Kimi Raikkonen admits his world championship bid has been damaged by McLaren’s decision not to race in Indianapolis almost a fortnight ago.

Ralf Schumacher has been forced to withdraw from this weekend’s United States Grand Prix, to be replaced by Ricardo Zonta at Toyota.

The United States Grand Prix is to remain at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway for at least the next two years.
