FARMHOUSE cheese producers took centre stage at the Irish Cheese awards at the SHOP exhibition in the RDS in Dublin.

THE International Cheese Awards, Ireland’s most prestigious cheese competition, will be a feature at SHOP 2006, which takes place in Dublin’s RDS Simmonscourt in October.
