A THIRD of Irish men are not aware of the symptoms of the most common forms of male cancers, while more than half have done nothing in the past two years to detect signs of the disease.

IRISHMEN still are not taking heed of health advice and do not know the cancers from which they are most at risk, according to a survey published yesterday.

As this is Men’s Cancer Action Week, it is important that Irish men should recognise they are at a particular risk of cancer due to their diet.
