Donegal siblings Chloe and Sam Magee are just one match away from securing Ireland's latest medal in Minsk.

Jenny Egan, who made history last August as the first Irish athlete to medal at an ICF Senior Canoe Sprint World Championships with a bronze, is looking forward to a busy summer, starting next week with the first World Cup event in Poznan. She spoke to Daragh Ó Conchúir.

Her routine is simple, its execution less so: three to four hours a day on the water, another 90 minutes in the gym — 14 to 16 sessions each week, all adding up to one exhausted athlete by the time Jenny Egan crumples into bed on a Saturday night.
