The independent review ordered following Ireland's preparations for the World Cup is understood to blame the FAI for the events in Saipan which led to the departure of Roy Keane.

THE FAI hope to publish the result of the independent inquiry into their planning and management of the international team’s preparations for the World Cup within six weeks.
