A judge has jailed a man for a “bizarre, criminal, appalling and dangerous” driving rampage through the streets of Ennis.

As 30,000 supporters welcomed the Clare U21 and senior All-Ireland hurling champions home to Ennis on Sunday night, another 15,600 fans in 60 countries around the world viewed the event online.
