Award-winning filmmaker John Boorman is to be honoured at the Boston Irish Film Festival.

A critically- acclaimed Irish film has scooped two major awards at a major US film festival.

The very best of Irish moviemaking will be once again be on show at the upcoming Magners Irish Film Festival in Boston, Massachusets from November 17-21.
