A WASTE management company that lost its bid to develop a 240,000-tonne incinerator in Cork harbour is to seek the re-opening of the 2009 An Bord Pleanála hearing into the planned project.

AN oral hearing is to be held by An Bord Pleanála next month into the controversial €54m incinerators planned for Cork Harbour.
