The composer of the opening guitar riff for Eminem's Lose Yourself has told a court the soundtrack of a New Zealand political ad is a "blatant rip-off".

The lyric comes from 2002’s “Lose Yourself” and is probably his most famous and most quoted lyric.

The rapper also attached a sketch of the deceased rapper and went on to apologize that he “could have done it a little better, if [he] had the right pencils”.
