New figures show almost one in three people are worried about the lack of affordable homes to buy or rent.

Nestle has agreed to buy out shareholders of Osem for about $840m (€750m) and take the Israeli foodmaker private, the two companies announced yesterday.

Two different property offers, one to let, the other to buy, are on the market at 6 Lapps Quay, in the heart of Cork city, next to the Clarion Hotel, bus station and near the rapidly developing One Albert Quay.
