Bord Gáis Energy accounted for the largest number of customer complaints investigated by the Commission for Energy Regulation (CER) last year, despite having a smaller market share than Electric Ireland.

Bord Gáis Energy has announced its second price cut in eight months.

Almost 80,000 people who signed up to One Big Switch, a consumer network, will be able to save money on their household bills thanks to a special offer the group has “unlocked”.
