Sinn Féin’s northern chairman Bobby Storey has been released by detectives investigating a killing by suspected members of the IRA, the PSNI said.

Sinn Féin Deputy First Minister Martin McGuinness has said he is “surprised” by the arrest of the party’s northern chairman by PSNI officers investigating the murder of Kevin McGuigan.
