Falcon ‘ash’ guarantee

IT’S good to see a company being proactive rather than reactive. Irish tour operator Falcon Holidays has moved to reassure holidaymakers that peace of mind is part of the package with their ‘ash’ guarantee.

The company assures all customers that in the unlikely event holidays have to be cancelled, they will provide an alternative holiday or, if unable to secure a suitable alternative, then the option to cancel and receive a refund will be offered.

Customers on holiday can also rest assured that if their return journey is delayed, Falcon will provide them with accommodation and assistance while alternative arrangements are made for their return flight home.
