THE new Glasshouse Hotel in Sligo is to be used as a focal point in North-West Tourism’s 2007 campaign.

JOHN Galligan Travel has linked up with Saga, the British company which specialises in travel for people aged 50 and over.
The Irish company will sell a variety of holidays, including Saga’s own cruise products.
Prices will be quoted in euro and there will be two special cruise departures from Ireland this summer.
Prices start at €694 for a Continental Medley trip from Dover taking in Holland, Belgium and Guernsey, but the two departures from Ireland will start from Dublin on July 21 on a visit to Iceland, the Shetlands and the Faroe Islands as well as the Norwegian Fjords. The 13-night cruise has lead-in prices of €2,342.
Another sets out from Cobh on August 8 — and comprises a 15-night journey to Greenland, Iceland, the Faroe and Orkney Islands and prices start at €2,788.
