We got married on August 19, 1987. We’re coming up to our 40th anniversary in a couple of years! I lived in Clontarf at the time so we got married in St Anthony’s Church in Clontarf, and we had the reception in Clontarf Castle.

As part of the package with the hotel, we got a huge gold Rolls Royce, and I remember the driver saying to me “you’re not getting any use out of the car!” because the church was only 100 yards away from the hotel.
