Sinéad Kennedy on pregnancy, being the boss and finding that 'elusive' work/life balance 

I surprise myself sometimes with how much I can function on so little sleep. I can really see how it’s used as a form of torture.

I grew up in in a housing estate in Ballincollig, surrounded by my oldest, dearest friends who are still my friends today. We were raised by my mum and dad, and I'm the eldest of four.

I went to school in Bishopstown in Mount Mercy College and I really enjoyed my time there, then went onto to St. Catherine’s secondary school.
