While some sales have been running since Monday, most retailers will up the ante on Black Friday itself (November 26), with online retailers going big for Cyber Monday (November 29). AIB research estimates that Irish consumers are set to spend a whopping €25,000 a minute this Friday with 11am and 12pm set to be the busiest time as shoppers squeeze in bargain hunting during work hours.
