Actor and model Jacob Elordi has been announced as the new face of Bleu de Chanel, succeeding Timothée Chalamet.

The Bleu de Chanel story has always revolved around a modern, instinctive masculinity – a narrative that Elordi will continue in his new role as ambassador.

Elordi, who has established himself as one of the most compelling actors of his generation, first broke through in Euphoria, where he played Nate Jacobs, a complex and unsettling character that brought him international attention.

In 2023, Elordi appeared in Saltburn, directed by Emerald Fennell, and portrayed Elvis Presley in Sofia Coppola’s Priscilla.

He has since successfully taken on a series of transformative roles in various projects, including The Narrow Road to the Deep North, Frankenstein, and Emerald Fennell’s reimagining of Emily Brontë’s Wuthering Heights.

Elordi and his Wuthering Heights co-star, Margot Robbie, previously appeared in See You at 5 (2024), a romantic film by Luca Guadagnino created for the global campaign of the iconic Chanel N°5 fragrance.

Speaking about Elordi’s new role as the face of Bleu de Chanel, Thomas du Pré de Saint Maur, Head of Global Creative Resources, Fragrance and Beauty at Chanel, said: “I have been following Jacob Elordi’s career for several years, since Euphoria. I first met him on the set of the See You at 5 film for N°5, in which he stars alongside Margot Robbie, and it was a revelation.

“He perfectly embodies Bleu de Chanel: expressing freedom, mystery, magnetism, and a masculinity that blends modernity with a certain classic elegance.”

Acknowledging Bleu de Chanel’s strong ties to cinema, Elordi said: “The filmmakers and actors who have collaborated with the House before me are people I deeply respect and admire. Being able to become part of this story is an honour.”

The new Bleu de Chanel l’exclusif campaign featuring Elordi will be unveiled in May 2026.
