JP McMahon of Michelin-starred Aniar in Galway has launched a new initiative to encourage young diners to experience something out of the ordinary. Until the end of May, diners aged between seven and 15, can enjoy a free 12-course Michelin tasting menu when eating with an accompanying adult.
It’s a generous initiative that should appeal to the next generation of food lovers, introducing them to wild and foraged Irish produce, fine dining, and the unique flavours of the West of Ireland. Bookings essential.
