I'm packing for an Irish staycation — here's what I recommend

The beauty of a staycation is knowing exactly what to pack.

I used to always slip a statue of the Child of Prague into my bag but his track record lately doesn’t warrant the extra weight.

Besides, who are we kidding? A few days over 20 degrees, does not a hot summer make.

If like me, you’re holidaying on home turf; chances are you’re in for a grand soft day or two.

If so, resolve to pack any or all of the following for a one-up on Mother Nature.
