As warmer weather heralds the redux of polka dots, style seekers look for novel ways to reinvent the classic print.

From demure Diorinspired ‘New Look’ skirts to Rosie the Riveter tie-waist shirts and classic Katharine Hepburn jumpsuits, permutations have gone full circle.

For spring summer 19, expect more in the way of ruffles, pattern-combining and kooky colourways challenging the status quo; while traditional monochrome renderings keep vintage mavens in the loop.
