This week on the red carpet: Saoirse Ronan, Rooney Mara, Gemma Chan, Isla Fisher

Saoirse Ronan was stunning in hand-beaded Burberry Prorsum at the British Academy of Film and Television Awards on Sunday.

Golden Giuseppe Zanotti platforms and an extravagant three-tier Chopard necklace finished the look.

Rooney Mara chose a Givenchy Haute Couture gown with geometric cutouts for the same event. The open shoulder-straps are very pretty but I’m not keen on the fit or the dowdy colour of this dress.

Gemma Chan shimmered in a heavily-sequinned Jenny Packham gown on the BAFTAs red carpet. The Humans star accessorised with silver ‘Lance’ sandals and a ‘Trinket’ barrel clutch from Jimmy Choo, as well as discreet jewellery by DeBeers.

Isla Fisher was a knockout in this simple white column gown by Stella McCartney. The white diamonds on her Roger Vivier clutch, bracelets, earrings, and numerous rings brought some Hollywood glamour to the London event.
