Dakota Johnson was elegant in Bulgari diamonds and a Christian Dior dress at the amfAR Milano Gala.

The silhouette is very classically Dior and beautifully fitted, but the best things about this look are her Giuseppe Zanotti sandals.

Kristen Wiig’s Oscar de la Renta dress at the New York premiere of The Martian had a cute skirt and interesting bodice. Her neutral Stuart Weitzman sandals were a good choice.

It is hard to pinpoint why the overall effect is lacking. Maybe she could have gone with bigger hair.

Rachel Weisz’s Marc Jacobs gown was a bold style statement at the same premiere.

The contrasting patterns are not prints but entirely comprised of sequins. Simple hair, makeup, and accessories helped her pull them off in a youthful way.

Olivia Wilde chose a fun mix of pieces for the 2015 Global Citizen Festival in Central Park to End World Poverty by 2030.

I really like the addition of a brightly-striped Marie Katrantzou skirt to her t-shirt, trainers and biker jacket. It would generally be styled far more formally.
