Street trend: Tina Griffin
Today I’m wearing a Bastyan leatherette coat (€350), Michael Kors watch (€250) and Kurt Geiger bag (€60 on sale) from Brown Thomas Limerick, a silk crepe top (€110) from my own label Tina Griffin Designs, Heatons trousers (€25) and Dorothy Perkins heels (€35).
Simple, classic, neutral.
Ten minutes — one of the advantages of working from a studio in my home. I’ll make an effort if I am meeting clients, so then it will take half an hour.
Fashion. I am far more confident when I look and feel well put together. I would wear heels everyday if I could.
Magazines and papers. I love settling down with a coffee and a new issue of anything fashion- related. I do hoard them for reference though, even though I’m trying hard to limit this.
I love Brown Thomas for the high end pieces, Reiss and Zara for everything else.
Ireland is full of these, but for now a designer called Colin Horgan. I don’t think he will be undiscovered for long.
The coat is a statement but the trousers and top are actually very relaxed. A simple shoe swap takes it from day to night.
