Margot Robbie was elegant in a sheer Saint Laurent gown at the Oscars. The Focus star’s huge Van Cleef & Arpels necklace was created in 1938 for the Duchess of Windsor and features diamonds, sapphires and a large tassel set in 18-carat gold.

Rosamund Pike was gorgeous in Givenchy Couture at the Oscars. This is my favourite look from her this award’s season. The Gone Girl star usually wears British designers when abroad and Riccardo Tisci’s corseted, heavily embroidered gown is a superb exception.

Diane Kruger epitomised chic in a Donna Karan Atelier gown-jumpsuit hybrid at the Vanity Fair Oscar party. The Teutonic beauty accessorized with a playful Anya Hindmarch clutch, Jimmy Choo sandals and H.Stern jewellery.
