What are you wearing? I’m wearing flowers and butterflies from Penneys in my hair (€1.50), a second hand Topshop military jacket (€20), my dad’s old sweater, a vintage houndstooth skirt from Oxfam (€10), my favourite charity shop, Doc Martens (€20); my best friend Holly’s black and white chequered scarf and a handbag I got as a present on Etsy.com.

Describe your style in three words? My Very Own

How long does it take you to get dressed in the morning? I usually work it out in my head while I’m trying to wake up and get out of bed.

Fashion or function — which word best describes your attitude to clothes and why? Fashion first, function only if necessary, it’s too much fun to get dressed up.

What’s your biggest source of style inspiration? My mum

What do you think of Irish street style? I think it’s great, I love looking at all the fabulous girls and guys strutting around in their finest. Also people are definitely getting more adventurous with their clothes and style. I blame the internet.

Where do you like to shop? Mostly charity and vintage shops, online (Etsy.com is the best ever, fact) with a smattering of high street. Once you’ve paid €2 for something amazing at a charity shop, it’s hard to justify spending €60-€100 on something from the high street that lots of people are bound to have.

Why does your style/outfit work? Because I love it, you have to love what you wear, otherwise it will never work!
