Getting dressed is the easy part of the morning, it only takes 5 minutes. Deciding on what to wear is a different story, so I try to plan my outfit the night before and have it ready to go the next morning!
I adore fashion magazines and every month, almost religiously, I buy two or three. I get a great sense of inspiration and motivation from them. Give me a good editorial spread and I’m in heaven! I’m an avid fashion blog fanatic too. Song Of Style is my go-to for a quick fashion fix.
As a nation, we are not typically identified as having a particular essence of style compared to the likes of the chic French, the classic Italians, and so on. In more recent times, however, the Irish are enjoying their fashion more and willing to take a step out of the comfort zone and try something new. It’s fantastic.
I mostly shop in Shutterbug Vintage in Kilkenny, where I work. I also love Zara and Topshop — what girl doesn’t?
My style is, I think, unexpected to people sometimes. I like to try new things, keep it interesting and, above all, have some fun!
