Kat and Alfie hang out with President D Higgins

They’re busy filming Red Water here in Ireland – but actors Jessie Wallace and Shane Richie found time to grab lunch in Áras an Uachtaráin.

The Eastenders stars who are best known for playing Kat and Alfie took photos with President D Higgins and actress Fionnuala Flanagan.

Taking to Twitter Shane shared a photo with the duo, writing: “Absolute honour to meet and have lunch with president of Ireland today @PresidentIRL & Fionulla Flanagan #Redwater.”
