Status Quo return to Belfast in October

Rock legends Status Quo are to perform in Belfast this autumn.

The band will play at the SSE Arena on Friday October 28 as part of their Last Night of the Electrics tour.

Tickets for the show will go on sale from Friday April 22 at 9am.

The band, fronted by Francis Rossi and Rick Parfitt, have said they will play a "full-throttle, no-nonsense" electric set.

Status Quo have had dozens of UK chart hits during an illustrious 48-year history.

They are perhaps best known for their hit Rockin' All Over The World, which helped kick off the memorable Live Aid concert in 1985.

The band have said that this tour will be the last to feature electric guitars.
