Meghan Trainor and James Corden have just re-wrote the singers hit ‘All About That Bass’ for the British host’s American chat show, and it nails how our January has been going so far.

The song, re-named ‘All About That Change” begins pretty optimistically and upbeat, like all Januarys do, but of course Corden starts to regret hiring that personal trainer and Meghan discovers her love for orange juice and champagne.
