Al Pacino is coming to Dublin

Legendary Hollywood actor Al Pacino is coming to Dublin for 'An Evening with Pacino' at the Bord Gais Energy Theatre this May.

The evening will see Pacino himself interviewed about his outstanding career from off-Broadway in the 60s up to the present day.

It promises never-before-seen clips and the chance to ask the acting legend the questions you’ve always wanted to.

Yes, you could have the chance to speak directly to him.

“I’m very excited to be presenting these special events with Al Pacino,” said interviewer Michael Cohl.

“He is one of the most talented actors of all time and to see him live, in person, and to hear his stories, and watch him go in and out of his most famous characters, is truly a unique experience”.

He last visited Ireland to accept honorary patronage of the Philosophical Society at Trinity College.

Pacino's career expands to more than 40 films including The Godfather trilogy, Serpico and Scarface.

He is an eight-time Academy Award nominee and an Oscar Award winner for his performance in Scent of a Woman.

Tickets go on sale Wednesday April 1 at 9am from all usual Ticketmaster outlets and also through eveningwithpacino.com where a limited number of Meet and Greet Experience packages will be available along with a small number of VIP packages.
