Cowell turns to Sheeran for X Factor advice

Simon Cowell asked Ed Sheeran and Ryan Tedder for advice on 'The X Factor'.

The music mogul is reportedly concerned about the poor song choices on the show so asked the 'A Team' hitmaker and the OneRepublic frontman to join a production meeting after Sunday's results show, on which they had both performed.
