Joe Biden said he's going to run for president in 2020 and the memes are back with a vengeance
US vice president Joe Biden – one half of the most beautiful bromance in politics – has hinted massively that he might follow in Barack Obama’s footsteps (and Donald Trump’s) and run for president in 2020.
Speaking to reporters on Monday, he told them with a smile: “I’m going to run in 2020. For president. So, uh, what the hell, man.”
And the result is memes, and lots of them.
This old favourite is back.

B: Joe.
J: He can't stay in the White House forever.
B: Joe.

But before you get ordering your Joe Biden campaign merch, it’s not exactly certain yet whether he meant it or not – asked if he was joking, Biden said: “I’m not committing not to run. I’m not committing to anything. I learned a long time ago, fate has a strange way of intervening.”
One thing’s for sure – 2020 can’t come quick enough.
